Quote:
Of the total number of common shares issued and outstanding, approximately 3.7 million are owned or controlled by insiders, which equals 16%. Of that amount, Rory Cutaia, our CEO, owns approximately 3.3 million shares or 14% of the issued and outstanding stock.
Additionally, at closing, new institutional investors owned approximately 4.7 million shares or 20% of the shares issued and outstanding, and the former owners of Sound Concepts owned 3.7 M shares or 17% of the shares issued and outstanding. Accordingly, at closing, approximately 53% of our shares were owned or controlled by insiders and the former owners Sound Concepts, and new institutional investors.
So back then it was already a whopping (approximately) 53% that insiders/institutions held!!! 53%!!!
Thats pretty impressive in my book!!!
Now today we don't know the exact number of institutional percentage but what i do know is, is that VERB is in a fundamentally better place today then it was back then. And we got those Asian investors on board as well in the meantime!
I'm guessing here institutes are still very much involved even though they don't always have to report for the reasons you stated or sometimes file with the SEC much later how much they bought (that is if they have to).
I'm feeling very very confident here on what i know about VERB and whats to come in the near term, i can clearly see the bigger picture
