Most important information for me is that more toxic financing was offered to Joe and he refused to take it. That is the best news I have heard in a while. I'd rather wait a little longer until God needs appear and eventually the pps reacts positively on it, than learning that Joe is giving away half of the company just because he gets impatient and thinks he needs to expedite the progress.
