I was also thinking about the series C preferred shares that were sold on 4/6/20. These shares have no voting rights so in my mind there for raising capital. They convert 1 to 100. Your logic makes a lot of sense to raise 270K for Werks expansion.
Another thought the company could of used that capital to set up the FL location Sapphire Disinfection Solutions. Jody Reid being the CEO down there. My thought is the company has been in testing with the FDA for approval to use HOCI for citrus greening disease. This has been going on for over a year.
The pic below shows the facility. I count 4 very large tanks. That seem like a lot for retail , wholesale sales of fluids besides janitorial services.
Could it be the company has FDA approval to use HOCI for citrus greening disease? Jody running that part of the business as a subsidiary of PCT LTD? Have to do some DD on FDA approval for citrus greening disease and keep an eye on Sapphire. Either way the company continues to grow.
