Verb just got 2.5 months of salary paid for, free of charge. Handed $1.2mil as long as they use it to pay their employees. HUGE!
This money, coupled with the 20-25% reduction in salary for the next 2-3 months, coupled with the increasing revenues I believe they are seeing from the boom in Direct Sales over the past few months, makes Verb's finances probably pretty darn healthy if you ask me. Not that I am happy anyone took a pay cut. But if they had to, at least they did receive 125% of their salary reduction in shares.
Hopefully these folks make an absolute killing on those shares as they took one for the team.
