Can we pleaseeeeeeeeee get some information on funding or the Form 10 or the S1 this week? It's been a long, long, long time waiting now.
PRs that made no sense, interviews that were all fluff that had no bearing on the well being of the company, etc.. and finally some PRs at the end with some meat on the bones.
And now, waiting again.
Seems, we always have to wait.
We heard last year that we should be seeing well over a hundred million this year in Generex and so far we have seen a continuous downslide.
We heard last year so many promises that have yet to be delivered, except on one, which was the dividend, and even that one was handled poorly as some shareholders were left in the cold in getting additional shares in NGIO when they should have.
We have seen missed timelines after missed timelines and people may argue on this, poor decisions.
And now, we are again, in a wait mode to see if the funding occurs, if the S1 has issues and the Form 10 gets approved.
I still believe that since there is 40 - 70 million dollars in funding available, if that can be used, even if there is a negative to it due to the current stock price, you use some of it to get things going because if you don't, you are basically worse off than if you didn't.
If the PPS goes up, the company rebounds because of using the funding, the company gets to be worth a billion dollars or so, using that funding doesn't hurt the company at all. Not using the funding, could stop the company in its tracks.
