Or, a weak attempt at blackmail / poisoning the well? "You can have Remdesivir for free... as long as we're the only solution..." Does that incentivize adoption of a for-cost solution or does it plug up production pipelines with their non-functional poison, blocking the way for safe, effective solutions?
