Carry a little cash.
Hey folks, I apologize in advance for being off topic; however, I will argue that this post is on topic. Remember, from whatever angle you come to Cytodyn, we have a big heart, and “some things are more important than money.” -NP about Dr JL.
An hour ago, wearing my n95 mask I shared the acne aisle at the CVS pharmacy with a young African American women wearing a small surgical mask. I’m trying to not totally go to the Wolves. I believe her age is about 23.
We gave each other a respectable social distance while exchanging appropriate greetings. She left the acne aisle.
A few minutes later, she came back and asked, “Mister, did you see my five dollar bill?,” with a panicked look in her young eyes over her face mask.
I responded “no” and helped her check the floor. I then realized I had some small bills. So pulled out a $10 bill and gave it to her. She said “thanks.” I said “don’t worry about it.”
A few minutes later when I checked out with my acne pads, another young African American woman at the register said, “I saw what you did.”
I said, “What?”
She repeated, “I saw what you did there. It was really sweet..”
I basically sobbed, and thanked her for being the at the pharmacy, and then walked my dog in the park.
I’ve personally begun to reach mid 6 figures since December 18th in my Cytodyn position. (Unprecedented in my life). And I know many of you have as well.
I implore you, from whatever angle you come to Cytodyn, have a heart. Cytodyn has a big heart. We are going to save a lot of lives and increase quality of life for very many people.
And carry a little cash, for the people.
