Preparation meets Opportunity. An old saying but true for many things. When folks do their DD, they need evaluate that. Think of all the work done to develop the know how to make the quantum dots and to understand how they function. Think of the work to develop the use of the block chain. Look at the people working to make the passport happen. Look at all of that preparation!!!
