If they are doing both, they are walking a fine line and the govt is at a period of time where China is definitely in their crosshairs for a number of reasons and now with hacking to get vaccine information.
They might not care how Generex is handling this, they might just view that they are in bed with the Chinese period.
It would be best Generex cuts all ties with China if they want to work with the US Govt at this point in time.
