Do you think he misunderstood the question? I thought his response was more aimed at others approaching them with funding. When it is available for replay I'd be curious to listen to that answer again. He made it seem like he was talking about the Longen (sp?) group deal from China again. And then a newly mentioned deal from the Philippines?
