early still. Vietnam has barely even begun to open up, travel for
Henry and everyone there is still a big hassle.
Its just common sense we have to wait for business conditions
to get better in VN before LUX is going to give the go ahead
to activate FUNDS and start any projects.
In the meantime lets just hope Henry can get the FILINGs
done by at least JUNE.
