agree Mini the fact that Henry still has to try really hard just to be able
to make travel arrangements tells how hard it is to get any
significant business done. Thats not a good environment
to start any PHIL projects.
imo best case scenario is we get FILINGS in June and
LUX FUNDS activated in JULY/AUG sometime.
If Henry can make the case believable in the CC next week thats
the timeframes we're looking at then we should be fine.
