BBRD is quite simply the only stock of it's kind. A double 0 with profitable operations, a good share structure, no debt, No R/S's,
and several events are coming. I spoke to Mr. Pedder today. 905-829-3514. He told me things were going well. The annual report will be coming out in a couple of weeks.
He said results will be comparable to last year. Last years results were a net profit of $259K. He said there will be pr's released in the 1st quarter. It has been
7 months since the last pr which has contributed to the lack of awareness. He has 2 acquisitions on the table that would greatly improve revenues and profits
but the current pps is too low to fund the acquisitions.
BBRD has a history of huge moves at this time of year that lasts months. That probably has to do with the fact that they have a history of releasing pr's
from March to June.
So whats it worth? If this years annual report shows the same results as last years than a fair valuation in my opinion would be a p/e of 20, since they have no
debt and are a tech company. That is about .07 PPS. They were ahead of last years results after the filing of 3rd q results and the 4th q is historically
their best q. There is language in the 3rd q report that would lead one to believe this years 4th q will be the best as well.
I have noticed more competition while bidding for shares. I think this could easily end up trading at .03 prior to the release of the annual report. Then the annual
report could provide a boost taking it to higher highs. Then the pr's start. It could be a long sustained uptrend. Since I like long term plays that are
undervalued and have known events coming, this is a perfect play for me. I will be trying to spread the word. If you research it and you like it too, please help me spread the
word. BBRD saw a high of about .10 last March and .27 the year prior. A look at the long term chart will show this is the time to buy.
