Usually I go to otcmkt.com to get news on decn.

Usually I go to otcmkt.com to get news on decn. This morning when I looked, otc had put decn's news back on their site as opposed to explaining what the scull& cross bones meant. In addition they listed Decn as being traded on the Expert market...Now when I looked , Decn is still on the Expert Market, their news however has been replaced with the scull and cross bones explanation..

Will someone please explain what's going on?
