Hi Buildit,
Do you remember that scene from the 3rd "back to the future" movie, where they are planning their trip back from the 1800s to 1984? There Doc Brown tells Marty that he has to think in 4 dimensions, the bridge across the creek is not there where they start, but it will be there where they are heading. (I love these movies and have watched them all over many times, so I know every little bit of it. Great Scot! LOL)
Now, you may be asking, where am I going with this!? Well, we have a similar situation here (optimistically speaking), because by the time of the IPO, GNBT /NGIO will have received the BARDA approval and at least 50 million in financial aid, and regular progress updates on the vaccine development/testing/FDA approval /preparation for and production of the vaccine via PR - I am sure - will give enough fuel for a Nasdaq listed company to maintain or even further increase the share price.
