I don't know for certain if rem would or would not help seriously ill patients. That much is pretty opaque as I haven't been able to see any hard data one way or the other, there seems to be leaks coming from every direction that contradict each other. What I can say with absolute certainty is that it will not be able to help every or even close to every seriously ill patient. Even if its efficacy was sound, the point is that there will not be enough to go around. Not even close. So in terms of cydy, it's not a question of whether rem works or not, it's a question of quantity and availability because at the end of the day that's what's going to be the limiting factor for any compound that is approved. There will be plenty of patients for several to many different treatments at the same time, trust me, there is no shortage of people who need these.
