Just me, but I am not holding my breath for a spectacular Q4, but hopefully we start to see a hints of real growth in Q1 as several direct sales companies were touting record months of March and sampling revenue starts kicking in.
The key to watch is not only revenues, but also watch deferred revenues on the balance sheet, or the backlog of revenue that is not yet recognizable. That will give us a truer sense of what is coming in but cannot be classified as actual revenue yet.
I am assuming revenue from sampling is instantly recognizable revenue the moment it ships, so me likey sampling. Won’t get into the debate of when they can recognize revenue from sampling when we fulfill the order or when someone else does, but I believe it is a lot sooner than having to amortize the value of a contract over the length of the contract.
But real growth won’t come until Verb Live hits and in app purchasing opens.
A wise man once said it is better to judge SaaS companies year over year, rather than quarter over quarter, so I can wait.
