Know what you own? What a novel idea Maui! Its pretty simple, time is our most valuable commodity. With that said, do I want to get acquainted with the company, products and team Verb or just waste my time complaining? I guess that is a personal choice, but if this truly is a pro-board then I will focus on DD and the positive. Not only am I an investor, but I use the product for my company. I have previously stated that I will share my personal experience with it (good and bad) when I fully get started with it.
I was also on the demo call as well. I will not spoon feed DD to people, but I will reiterate some things that Maui posted.
1.Danielle- is the person assigned to the account. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and a problem solver. Danielle has been with the company for a while and she is very, very busy. With that said, I can usually reach out and get a response in an adequate amount of time.
2. "His knowledge is frightening and yet impressive and reassuring cause that's the type of person you want in that position." I fully agree with that statement. Also, he thinks out of the box. I have some unique things that I would like to do with the product and they are working on that for me.
3. Chad=I don't have the words to describe this individual. I am beyond impressed. He truly cares about his name being behind the product, the security of the product, the user-ability, functionality, everything. This will be his "SIGNATURE" left to the tech world when this is all said and done. Chad is working very, very hard for us and I am glad he is on team Verb. Thanks again Chad for all you do.
The main question I get from the demo was what are your thoughts? I personally have seen nothing like this! The concept of "Live" in this Covid-19 environment not only makes sense, its where the world was going anyway, Covid just accelerated it! Plus its not a "one trick pony". Many, many different verticals can be applied to this. I fully understand where this is going. I know like most investors, I "want it now", but as Maui said "THIS IS THE REAL DEAL" and it is coming.
I am finishing up some marketing on my end to incorperate into the Verb app and then use it for my industry. Once that happens, I will let you know how things are going while my company utilizes the Verb app.
