$APRE up 45% today! super thin stock with a tiny 24 million float. Rumor mills are abuzz that the company landed a huge multi-million dollar contract. If you factor in that the insurance companies love APRE because it saves them huge $$$$ by providing a service in-home that formerly was only done in a hospital I have a tendancy to believe that the rumor has some sort of substance.
