Problem with your theory is he may have been asked to submit more by the FDA AFTER he submitted and all (likely including legal) thought it was done.
I have no issues for him or anyone getting help with delivery or even content... but what he says he believes is right and what he aboslutely knows at the time...
I believe Dr. Pourhassan is one unique OTC CEO... who DOES dot the Is and crosses the Ts... even being very careful with what he says and does... and does it by the book.
