Actually, what NP really needs is someone to prep him before interviews.
What he SHOULD HAVE SAID was "As you know, we completed the BLA filing, however since then, the FDA has asked us for some additional information that we will be providing on May 11."
Instead, he did make it appear that they had NOT completed the filing to begin with. This is where the PR company is failing. NP is not a native english speaker, and yes, sorry, that makes a difference in how his thoughts and facts are put into words and thus how they may be perceived. He needs someone to help him choose his words carefully, or the shorts will continue to have days like today.
