Buildit and Pokey, I tend to disagree.
We've discussed this before several times on here, the value of NGIO so far is entirely hidden so far. The spin will finally make it visible. Our why else would a company like GNBT, which owns (so far still) 100% (oh, of course, minus our dividend shares) of a sub such as NGIO, that is supposed to be worth several 100 Mill., still have a market cap of ~35 Mill.?
The spin will first of make this mostly hidden value visible to the public. So GNBT is losing nothing in value due to the spin, but will gain 70% of several 100 mill in value.
The current overall valuation of GNBT seems to be mostly based on the assumption that it is going out of business (not my opinion, just to make that clear, I still think that GNBT is highly undervalued, but all this terrible events of last year have caused a lot of frustrations and a lot of people to lose faith in GNBT and even more so in its management team), Lee all there really is missing is the finding to really jump start the different businesses (and the manufacturing facilities as it seems from those FB messages posted here earlier) and thus what these CMP and Veneto creeps have done to GNBT and in turn to us, they will never be able to compensate GNBT and us for in all there life time, no matter if GNBT wins the law suits against them or not.
Just unsung one more time, where we could be today, if the drastic drop in PPS wouldn't have happened last year (for whatever that happened) and GNBT would have continued to trade in the $3 range. We all would have received a 1:1 dividend, latest in October, the number of OS would still be in the low 60 mills, the S1s could have been filled several months earlier and at least NGIO could already be trading on Nasdaq, and all that before hopefully the big BARDA vaccine news will hit the public within the month of May,which works have a much bigger impact on the pps for both NGIO and in turn GNBT.
OK, I pinched myself, to wake up from that pipe dream ... It is just a fact that these Veneto and CMP guys can never pay us back even a fraction of the lost or currently missing value of our shares or the damage done to GNBT.
I still think that the Corona vaccine story can give GNBT and NGIO a second chance to finally win big. C'mon BARDA approve that application and pay GNBT a high 8 figure USD amount to enable them to make a vaccine available to the masses still this year.
