cool blue is just a group that put together an investment package to invest in cydy. absolutely no shenanigans. cool blue just gets listed in the sec filings because the stock was bought directly from cydy.
that justda... loser at ihub just decided to pick that name out of the list of investors in the filing and try to stir something up. He's posting the managers name and address on the board only because it is easy for him to pick on that because it is a private entity and not some billionaire (yet) or large corporate holding. Foolishly i decided to try to refute him with my 3 posts/day and quickly ran out of ammo.
