Not seeing many trucks (3-4, 5-8, whatever) coming and going from the plant each day can only mean one of two things: either they don't have the plastic or they don't have the machines that can operate to process the plastic.
Or both of those could be true.
It is going to take a mighty fine story about how things are progressing to make up for the lack of anything to show.
