I think this is my first post here... Gave up posting on IH and have really only lurked here for several months, but essentially read this right after refreshing my schwab investments pages way too many times per day....

I have invested a large chunk of my portfolio with cool blue. I can guarantee as well there is no intent to sell any shares. My only wish is that i would have invested even more with the cool blue. The way the s-3 reads is completely confusing. when i first saw the s-3 stuff a few months ago and it was first reported i was confused as to why cool blue was called "selling" . the whole report was really the filling of the purchase of the shares not "selling". I dont pretend to know all the sec stuff, but i do know there are plenty of people using it to confuse investors along with all the other cloud of bs thrown in the air that most here on Ihang are sick of refuting.

I feel like i was one of the first to refute and research the bs about NP history in college and with his divorce that was being spread after an SEC filing. That was my first foray into these boards after recently investing (and having arguments with the wife over putting so many eggs in one basket) and seeing the distortions and lies put on the boards. Shortly after that i discovered the crappy nature of IH after my clear facts and arguments were deleted. Now i only read IH to get a chuckle out of the stuff that just... posts. its laughable. Now some of my joy is seeing what snark i can reply occasionally and try to get it past the deleters.
