England has compassionate use. Sarah needs to find an oncologist that will ok the treatment and Cytodyn can ship leronlimab over.
"if her doctor felt she was too ill and didn't want to risk leronlimab and NP bypasses the doctor and if things don't go well, the responsibility will lie on NP and Cytodyn."
Her oncologist has stopped all treatment because it no longer is providing benefit. With leronlimab's safety profile it can only potentially help her extend her life. There is no downside.
