Could she not go for compassionate use vs the phase 1b/2 trial. If I'm not mistaken NPs mother in law has been on monotherapy since November. She snuck in under compassionate use and her doctor recommended no more radiation after a couple months of leronlimab. Granted she had mbc not tnbc so not sure if compassionate use is only for other types of cancer or not.
