Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempts for inclusion in a possible SEC report:
The iHub basher / scammers listed below all have a long-history on the amateur forum iHub of attempting to manipulate the price of stocks.
They do this by duping people to sell for a loss to their waiting bid by a combination of walking down asks to prices they can still just get a profit on if their bluff is called and their ask is bought, disinformation / outright lies, and small paint downs at bid prices (sometimes by shorting very small amounts below the bid price) - both from orders placed before the open and during quiet periods during trading sessions.
In addition, there are some who are disenchanted with a CEO for conducting a reverse split and, without the necessary skill to trade through it, take a vendetta to extremes by posting nonsense after hours and at weekends - and throughout the trading day even when the forum has been successfully marginalized - on just the stock in question.
Some also operate in a conspiracy - by posting in agreement with each other - often in the guise of trying to "save traders from themselves".
Any SEC investigation resulting from a report I make should concentrate on order placements that match the above patterns - combined with posts on iHub in the same time scale. Their posting history on iHub should also be reviewed - either all bashing on a single stock or bashing on multiple stocks on a regular basis.

"Cowboy up 1" [returning basher from 2019]
"The _Truth_NL [returning basher from 2019]
"Bankroll865" [new alias basher created 1/22/2020]
"ricksnaderstrump" [new alias created 2/5/2020 - 6 x bashingposts]
"hawkshaw812" [suspect basher duplicate alias - only 1,723 posts since 02/02/2013 - only 8 bashing posts so far in 2020]
"Goodtrader1" [suspect basher duplicate alias - only 254 posts since03/20/2014 - turned up 05/05/2020]
"a21694 [suspect basher / troll duplicate alias - only 1282 posts since 02/08/2015 - turned up on 05/05/2020]
"-TEFFY-TRADER-" [turned up 4/28/2020 - alternate basher / pumper on multiple stocks]
"Jazz" [returning basher from 2019]
"Jazz5" [periodic returning basher - duplicate alias for "Jazz" same Avatar]
"Pennyes" [repeat offender on multiple stocks]
"jxcxjx03" [repeat offender on multiple stocks]
