Hy, have we all forgotten that Joe donated back 20 million shares that he controlled to the treasury? That's a pretty big (20%+) chunk of the potential float (78 today + Joe's 20). I think he did that believing that that would have a bigger impact on pps than being able to claim insider holdings, and he gave up the potential dividend he would have received after the Veneto/CMF hi-jinks. Not his fault OTC screwed up what should have been a huge pps increase by ignoring that action.
As to the other executives of the subsidiaries, most took stock at $2.50/share in lieu of cash for GNBT's control of their companies. That is a pretty big ownership commitment as well in my book.
