That is why the Plasma Viral load is so important p=0.0111 that is statistical significant. And only for 7 days. Can you belive what will be at 14-21 days ??? And Leronlimab is not a anti-viral.
Remedisivir is theoretically an antiviral drug and gues what ??? It did not reduce the viral load
In the other charts the p values are depicting the difference between the clusters obtained at the beginning and at the end.
For example, the CD4/CD8 ratio has a p of 0.0014 between day 0 and day 14.
Even IL-6 between 0 and 14 has a p of 0.0371 !!!
Conclusion: the data is significant, no doubt; for Pete's sake approve the drug.
