I have a "I am a sorry / missed it guy" story.
I passed up 1/6 the franchise for Jakuzzi
for the state of Ohio minus Cleveland back in the 60's.
Those guys were millionaires within one year.
They were hustler salesmen (pots & pans) mostly crooks
of the 1st order and I didn't want to do business with them.
