Your assumption is correct. NP stated that he asked Kelly to do the same as him in the proactive video on monday.
I copy and pasted the (A)cquired and amounts into excel, and between the 2 of them it added up to about 7.4 million and some change, which I believe someone (maybe NP?) said it was about 6-8 weeks worth of cash burn.
Hopefully I did my math right on there. I didn't care how much profit they received. Was more interested in how much CYDY got out of the transaction.
What would really be something is if they took some of that profit and bought CYDY shares on the open market.
