Yes, I saw Rogers Biomotiv resume when I verified

,which website can also be accessed via otcmarkets.com-company info -
thus giving cover to the email, which I somehow missed May 3 among the usual 400 emails/day and thus did not see this til last night.
CEO Bret will probably want to inform otc of the developments and forthcoming PR if he hasnt already, for further cover, as I've discussed before.
I was trying to relate the update to the 3-16 info re the contact by a govt contractor:
either the contractor is taking too long for NNLX comfort, as the importance of Covid 19 has become more clear since 3-16, so NNLX did this testing themselves, but not the configuration or production which awaits a licensing deal-and the preliminary? testing went much easier than NNLX originally assumed-
or NNLX didnt like the usual big boy possibly ca 500pp govt overreaching (as they usually are when a big boy is dealing with a small company) contractor formal agreement, which thus may be in the process of negotiations (which would be the usual course on items of interest to NNLX) or?
NNLX hasnt had a formal PR for a long time-so issuing such, which costs money -when they do-underscores the importance of the development and lets the reading world know-which may put pressure on the government contractor(possible competition) if such relationship is being negotiated.
such PR's are often issued within 24 hours of initially provided info, but NNLX may have to negotiate the PR also since it has been so long since they had a PR issued and I dont even know which company they may use for the PR-anybody remember the company they last used for such purpose?

NanoLogix Update - COVID-19 Detection
Last week the Company was contacted by a respected U.S. Government Contractor regarding our N-Assay Technology and its potential Coronavirus (COVID-19) testing capabilities.
We were informed by the contractor that they will bear all costs of configuration and testing of the N-Assay at their facilities. Following the conversation, NanoLogix sent a letter agreeing in principle to the proposal, which was rapidly acknowledged, and is awaiting a formal agreement from the contractor.
NanoLogix will not be supplying any materials or personnel for this process and our sole participation is on an Intellectual Property (Patent) basis, stemming from the N-Assay patent issued in 2015.
We will not be involved in the potential production of test kits if the contractor determines from the testing that N-Assay kits should be used in the fight against this Coronavirus. Should that happen, it would be done by a recognized producer under license.
We are hopeful that the N-Assay and one additional Point-of Care test we are developing will be useful tools for rapid detection of any pathogens that are threats to health.
