He explained why in the Proactive video. Sounded to me like they were raising money for expenditures above and beyond just the payment to Samsung.
You and others with similar motives can speculate and seed doubt all you want. It won't work with me, but I suspect I am not your target.
Here's something for anyone who continues to have doubt to consider. NP clearly places responsibility for his decision to exercise and sell shares on Dr. JL, who has said whenever I've seem him speak that he has no shares in Cytodyn and therefore has no bias in the movement of the stock. If NP were being disingenuous, I believe we would hear something from JL. If I were him, and if what NP claims were a lie, I would do something to avoid being dragged into shareholder drama.
Finally, do you BELIEVE in the science? If you do, then refocus your attention on this whenever these crooks try to cause you to doubt with obscure peripheral details. The paper will be published soon and good things will follow.
