I don't see Advanced Cyber Security (ACS) in the Q3 or 10K and after doing page searches. SFOR deal is thru ACS subsidiary-CSI.

We've already gone over on the board possible reasons why "ACS" would use a subsidiary for this and I see nothing wrong about it -- also led me to think Daniel DelGiorno to have ACS positioned for a Reverse Merger with a PUBCO company. So a shell sub is created for that purpose. Just a possibility and I'm not saying that's going to happen....hmmmm!

So 14 months since this was announced. And SFOR was paid to engineer foreign character kybds for different Asian countries and believe had that done by AUG 2019. DSS Security / Int'l CEO Chan and also DSS BOD Chairman has been on a mission.

So we have FD/Fiserv Behemoth large deal and DSS very large deal for Asia (I think will be bigger than Fiserv), just these two on the verge of ecosystem huge implementation will bring in the HUGE REVs! Implementation is on the CUSTOMER and NOT MK/SFOR! That doesn't include the talks and other deals that are signed. I don't believe SFOR had these type of deals inked with prior splits because the ecosystem so called experts were very WRONG about Internet/Cyber security! It's a real shame because Multi-Billions $$$$$$$$$$$ have been stolen, and due to keylogging! MK must feel very positive about REVs coming in very soon to sustain the RS or he would NOT be doing it at this time - there was still plenty in the AS to dilute the OS! It's also very possible RS was requested by a large entity. YES -- I'm pissed we're getting a 1:500 RS - it sucks but what's the alternative - not good! IMSO we still have a chance here, just not the real HUGE payday. Again, I feel bad for those true longs that have been thru prior splits! We all know penny stocks are the wild wild west of the stock market and majority are scams. I honestly don't see SFOR as a scam stock due to their cyber security technology/IP! BUT due to ecosystem delays to accept their awesome IT security technology/IP, dealing with constant drawn out litigation from behemoths stealing our IP and making money, litigation costs, etc. the stock was diluted to keep the doors open for almost 20 years! I'm in IT and for a long time, we should have been using this technology early 2000's w/out a doubt! And there's always politics involved with these delays and some cases companies fold!!
And there was NEVER any so called Promises made folks! That's just a lie to say that or please show me where promises were made. Bottom Line - we are the ones that rolled the dice and invested in this Penny Stock. So some should stop trying to hold an OTC company to Big Board stock company outlooks until that OTC company can make the big show! I know the haters are gonna hate and this is where we are. I really believe MK's hands were tied with so much and I would have been very frustrated at the Industry and the stealing of our IP!
