Last question....say it closes @ .50 for 5 days,,,that means they get roughly 13.4M for funding @ .92% = 12.3M, and they can still tap into the 40M financing ????
Now there is 400M of NGIO of which GNBT owns roughly 360M which leaves around 40M available which is probably mostly out as dividends already...…
I thought an S1 filing is for selling securities, so where do the shares being offered to sell come from....THANKS for your help in advance....
