Well the S1 has several costly deals , OASIS and Discover Growth Fund, wonder if both are still part of the deal? If the Discover note is converted around June 9th it will add millions of shares to the total !! Unless we start trading at an exchange and attract institutional support it will be a struggle to survive ! What will happen if COVID turns into a bust? Like to know current valuation and when they plan to file Q3 ! Regarding PR , to the market just another Covid PR, market is flooded with potential vaccines and several fraudulent OTC's so its difficult to convince people to jump on board!! Confirmation of vaccine will launch pps regardless of current status. Altucell still on board?? How many outstanding shares as of today? For now .045 pps tells the story , OTC is all we have !!
