NP's interview today on PAI was not at all clear regarding NP's stock sale.
By way of example:
How many shares did NP sell?
Were 100% of the proceeds used to pay for the exercise price on the options/warrants?
Did NP receive any proceeds from the stock sale?
Was all of the money NP paid the company for his options/warrants used to pay Samsung, or did some of this money go to pay NP's compensation?
Hopefully,the stock transaction went down as you interpreted it.
However, NP did not say what you believe he said.
Especially when confronted with a short attack from someone the likes of AF, clarity as to the above, especially in the form of a PR, could have helped calm the (not Cytokin) storm that resulted in the dramatic drop in the SP today.
We should know more tomorrow when the disclosure regarding this transaction is filed with the SEC.
If good news regarding the stock sales is disclosed together with a PR stating BP's article will be published in a peer review journal such as the NE JOM, or the Lancet, we should again be off to the races.
If not, we can expect more short attacks, and a continued decline in the SP.
