I hope it's not lost on everyone what this short attack was actually about and why the attempt at negative spin to cause panic and drop the SP. Nader sold shares to help meet supply deadlines and infuse cash into the company to get up-listed. The only way to block this is to bring share price down low enough where up-listing is no longer possible. Once the data and news comes out as it will likely this wk and we up-list, the shorts are permanently toast. There is NO recouping of losses for them at this point....Ever. That's why this move seemed so desperate bc that's exactly what it is.
