I don't think there is a payment due to Samsung right now. The contract states that they need to provide the first forecast -- NOT that there is a payment due. The payments won't come due until shipment of the product, which is still a ways out.
That being said, one could say that putting money in the coffers of CYDY is ultimately related to paying all the bills, including paying Samsung. But the previous statements that he is exercising the options and warrants to pay a bill due to Samsung is incorrect (at least based on the publicly available contract language).
If I am wrong, please provide the documentation you refer to. I might have missed it (I have seen the ANATOMY OF CYTODYN’S CEO FINANCING and most other info on the topic so far).
