$BCAP is a big concept. It's taking time to generate the revenues to acquire the platforms (TA's, brokerages, etc.) This is being accomplished without diluting current shareholders, so your / everyone's per share basis isn't negatively affected.
In the interim, whether the 3Q2012 is released by 02/15, or sooner, or later, no-one has lost anything by waiting. The share price is very stable and has been so for months. My personal recommendation is to trust that Matt is doing what he thinks best for the Company, and understand that he'll report when the event(s) are complete and ready to be released.
The dumb option is to sell now before the Q is released. No sense in holding on all this time only to capitulate for emotional reasons. If $BCAP were diluting heavily or in trouble with the SEC or whatever it would be a different story and we'd all be having a different discussion.
Just wait for the financials, then the stock goes to current and PR's etc., can be released again.
