If employees and customers don't show up in restriction lifted states, because they respect science more than dumb-ass GOP 'leadership', what are you going to do, force them to?
You're not allowed to drive under the influence, out of regard for the public safety. Ditto for driving without car insurance.
Examples abound of restrictions in favor of the public's health and safety.
Your 'right' to risk infection doesn't override my right not to be infected by you.
