Do we know how much revenue ACS/CSI is getting from each Strikeforce product?
Are they selling the "Malware Suite"?
Per the 10K the Malware Suite license ends September 30, 2020.
Will it be renewed, extended, ???
Cyber Safety will also resell our GuardedID® and MobileTrust® products, for which we will receive a royalty, while we retain an unlimited license to resell those products. Cyber Safety also licensed the Malware Suite until September 30, 2020 and agreed to pay us 15% to 20% of the net amount Cyber Safety receives from this product.
