This may be old news but...
Regarding the Section 1135 waiver's.
I ran onto a website kff.org scroll down to the map, hit the pulldown, and 1135 Waivers. According to this all States are approved. Most of us here feel this is an essential part of getting things moving.
Mike has been keeping a close eye on this and maybe I missed the confirmation.
My apologies if this is old news.
I also believe we are "any day" !!
