Excellent commentary LV. I always enjoy your posts. I agree with your time frame possibilities. When Doc told us a few weeks back that there are no delays I believe he was taking into consideration that while things are being expedited it is still not easy to get partners and lawyers together for meetings and to sign paperwork during these troubled times. Yes, much can be done with online zoom meetings but there are matters that must be handled in person.
With all that said I have no doubt that we are day to day and I expect to see something official very soon. While it is true that we have all said that before but this is the right time and the right place and Doc is 100% doing all that he can to make this dream of his (and ours) a reality.
