Conclusion (another hypothesis or presumption that has to be confirmed):
Nader uses 4.8 million of his own options / warrants / shares (non dilutive) in order to be able to pay the announced and already indicated giant order at Samsung!
These approximately $ 15 million in Leronlimab will be added to the books, but due to the tens of times higher sales price, Cytodyn's "cash and cash equivalents" can be used for a Nasdaq listing!
With the publication of Dr. Bruce Patterson's analysis and research in medical journals (could be NEJM, JAMA, or any other journal) is making the EUA more and more likely, if not to say "safe"!
Now suddenly you have hundreds of thousands of vials in production and ready for delivery (June/July) and you can implement the Nasdaq listing due to the "current assets as inventory"!
If that or something similar should be the news on Monday -
