OK, guys, I have to finally say something that is very important to understand. I am reading far too many posts about Initial Public Offerings (IPO's) and UNVC in the same sentence. Lets be sure everybody understands, we are not an IPO, obviously we already trade on the OTC and even an overnight uplist to NASDAQ is not an IPO. This stock will close one afternoon (soon we hope) at a price per share, a penny or what ever. The very next market day, the Market Makers will determine the opening price of UNVC based upon the supply and demand of our stock, not by Doc, and not by underwriters as in an IPO but only the Market Makers will set the price, no matter what exchange we are on. The MM's will look at the buy "limit" orders and buy at the "market" orders they have and they will then look at the sell orders they hold from current shareholders (limit and market). They will raise their bids to what ever price they need to, so they can get stock to fill the buy orders. They will buy all the sell "limit orders" and "market" sell orders they can get their hands on to fill the "market" buy orders. Limit buy orders that are too low simply won't get filled and will have to raise their bids to get our stock (as in, chase the stock up). The Market Makers will do their best to balance the supply and demand before the market opens and will raise the bid if they need stock to fill buy orders. Those with L2 will probably see a lot of last minute changes in the bid and ask before the market opens and it will be crazy for probably 20 - 30 minutes with wild swings in price. So, it really doesn't matter what the overall market is doing that week or that morning, other than the emotional influence it will have on the buyers and some sellers that don't know what they really own. Yes, the over all market will have some influence but some of the people that have been loosing money in this down market will be looking for the next big winner to get back their losses, that is part of the stock market. The same with many "pot stock" investors that have taken a beating in the last 12 months, many will be looking for the next winner to get it back. Most investors have a very short memory. So I can hardly wait, and I do think it will be soon.
Sorry for the long post but I felt I needed to say something.
