We live in a very fast growing Resort area and the Realtors are saying that (virtual showings) will become the new normal, in some ways. “ “ “There will be a lot more virtual tours because it’s turned out to be extremely convenient in any kind of market”. They said 90% of their buyers shop the inventory online, before they ever contact an agent.
