ln line with previous items-seems to confirm CWRN is getting permits as fast as anybody -CWRN was 1st to get a permit in 2011 under the new regs then-see itmd Apr 11? 2011 post as well as CWRN's public claims--and got permit for 2012 before 1-23-12 when it was published-though required more audits- so who knows how long before they are greenlighted this year for regular ore
though again they expected permit for fert by Nov-some forget they still have to contract w buyer and line up a ship after getting a permit
