Studies continue on leronlimab , one of the drugs that could be used against Coronavirus : the results obtained so far really bode well. The American CytoDyn Inc , biotechnology company, is testing the drug Leronlimab - normally used against HIV and tumors - on Coronavirus patients, as we had already told you a few weeks ago : updates on this experiment were announced yesterday involving 49 people, Covid-19 patients who received leronlimab.
The indications are really positive. Twelve of them were hospitalized in New York , all in serious conditions in intensive care and also other previous pathologies to further complicate the clinical picture: all showed improvements and for at least four we can really talk about a saved life, according to what reported in the press release CytoDyn.
